SALAY, MIS. OR., 2021, July 7 — The Local Government Unit of Salay headed by Mayor Jun Capistrano would like to congratulate Ms. Glexy Mae Delos Santos a UniFAST grantee of Salay Community College (SaCC) for winning 2ND PLACE on the Time-lapse Art Contest in the Visual Art Category (Regional Level) with the theme: PANDYAK! “Moving Forward, Claiming Victory for the Philippine Higher Education Pamantasan: Pandayan Tungo sa Kaunlaran”.

This was during the 1st National Higher Education Day and CHED 27th Founding Anniversary Celebration Week, on the 19th day of May 2021, at the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 10.

Mayor Jun also gave a cash incentive to Ms. Glexy Mae in recognition of her achievement. We are proud of you, bringing pride to our school and our dear municipality.
