SALAY, MIS. OR., 2022, Mar 16 — The Department of Science and Technology Region X conducted a Basic Food Safety and Gender and Development Program (GAD) Orientation here in the Municipality of Salay in coordination with the Local Government Unit of Salay, done on March 15, 2022, at the VG Capistrano Function Hall.

The activity was participated by the food related business owners in Salay. Present also during the training and orientation were Mayor Jun Capistrano, Salay DOST Focal Person, Mrs. Emma Baluyos, and LGU staff.

The LGU Salay headed by Mayor Jun would like to thank the DOST-X in the person of the resource speakers and facilitator namely: SRS II-CEST Meriam Mondia, DiSDS, SRS II-SETUP Joanah Magto, Angelica Luceno, and DOST staff. Also, for the unwavering support to the plans and programs of the local government.
