Mayor Angelo G. Capistrano, Jr. is so thankful to all Salayanos who supported the Fundraising Activities of the LGU and to all who wholeheartedly donated for the benefit of the Salay Rehabilitation Center now used as the Temporary Municipal Isolation Unit.

This would not have been possible without the unfeigned support of our dear Salayanos and our National and Provincial Government.
